Merchant e-Solutions will be performing a Time Event Manager/Trident/Payment Gateway/Business Platform/1099-Reports/Edit Package and Virtual Terminal Applications maintenance beginning at 4:00 PM PDT on September 9, 2017. During this maintenance, some applications will be intermittently unavailable or performance will be degraded. Should any issues arise, the Merchant e-Solutions team will prioritize and resolve in a timely manner. The maintenance window is expected to last approximately 4 hours 30 minutes, ending at 8:30 PM PDT.
