Look for additional reports that identify downgraded transactions, adjustments, and more-just about every kind of information you could use to help you manage your merchant account.

Interchange Report: Downgraded transactions
sometimes result in higher fees. Use this report to
keep an eye on your activity and make sure transactions
qualify for the best interchange.
Adjustment Report: Check here for adjustments to your business checking account that result from rejected or disputed transactions.
Reject Report: Check here for transactions that may have rejected for one reason or another. Use in conjunction with your transaction and deposit summaries to reconcile entries into your business checking account.
Retrieval Request Report: Avoid chargebacks caused by failure to provide copies of transaction receipts. If a request for a sales draft is on it's way to you, you'll know from this report and can get a head start on locating a copy of the draft.
