Look for additional reports that identify downgraded transactions, adjustments, and more-just about every kind of information you could use to help you manage your merchant account.

• Interchange Report: Downgraded transactions sometimes result in higher fees. Use this report to keep an eye on your activity and make sure transactions qualify for the best interchange.

• Adjustment Report: Check here for adjustments to your business checking account that result from rejected or disputed transactions.

• Reject Report: Check here for transactions that may have rejected for one reason or another. Use in conjunction with your transaction and deposit summaries to reconcile entries into your business checking account.

• Retrieval Request Report: Avoid chargebacks caused by failure to provide copies of transaction receipts. If a request for a sales draft is on it's way to you, you'll know from this report and can get a head start on locating a copy of the draft.
