Germaine Karmiris
Germaine Karmiris is one of the founding members of Merchant e-Solutions, joining CEO Sharif Bayyari and COO Jim Aviles in November 1999, to become the Manager of Human Resources & Administration for the Company. Germaine brings her expertise in human resources.
Prior to her move to Merchant e-Solutions, Germaine worked closely with Mr. Bayyari at Bank of America Merchant Services in a human resource capacity. She joined Bank of America in 1991 and during her 8 years there she held various positions of increased responsibility.
