City Bank forms Strategic Partnership to
Provide Web Reporting Tools for Merchant Customers

A partnership between River City Bank and Merchant
e-Solutions will give business customers of River
City Bank access to critical information regarding
credit card sales.
River City Bank is the only community bank in Sacramento
featuring Merchant e-Solutions services.
Now available through River City Bank’s Web
site — www.rcbank.com — this new service
means businesses with a Merchant Services account
through River City Bank can now view their daily
transaction activity and monthly statements through
the Internet. Featuring a comprehensive set of reporting
options, including batch, deposit, adjustment, and
reconciliation reports, the services also provide
flexible date ranges, special transaction and deposit
search functions, and the ability to download report
files for use with other programs.
Businesses with multiple store outlets can also
view reports summarized for all outlets and each
individual store.
As such, River City Bank customers can now keep
closer track of their credit card sales without
having to wait for their monthly statements to arrive
in the mail. At the same time, bank officers can
obtain up-to-the-minute information regarding data
from merchant transactions. Thus, enabling River
City Bank to continue providing superior quality
customer service with even quicker account set-up
times and faster response levels, more easily manage
risk and ensure competitive pricing.
In addition to introducing comprehensive Web reporting
tools for merchants, River City Bank will also offer
live customer support for its customers by having
a merchant specialist available 24 hours per day,
seven days per week.
