Merchant e-Solutions is a privately held company funded by investments from Trident Capital and a number of other investors.

The Company plans to provide traditional and internet-based payment services to small and middle market merchants, both directly and through a network of community banks. In doing so, the Company will facilitate the delivery of those services through a proprietary internet-based system capable of processing new account applications and providing a variety of transaction activity and profitability reports. The Company will also assist community banks in selling payment processing services by providing an array of bank-branded materials, including new account applications, sales collateral, monthly merchant statements, and more.
