Merchant e-Solutions was formed in 1999 to address the underserved payment processing needs of community banks and their merchants. Since larger, higher volume clients tend to receive the most attention from larger payment processors, the needs of community banks are sometimes overlooked or are low in priority. But community banks and merchants are the sole focus of Merchant e-Solutions which is offering payment processing and reporting services designed specifically for these clients.

The executive team of Merchant e-Solutions is comprised of several individuals with in-depth knowledge of the payments industry and extensive, long-term experience in a variety of payment-oriented organizations. Several senior executives of the management team were formerly responsible for the management of Bank of America's merchant business. With more than 100 years combined experience, the management team has diverse strengths and cumulative expertise in all aspects of the payment processing business, including point-of-sale products, payment processing systems, and account sales and servicing.
